We've made some exciting changes that'll improve your Sonder experience. These changes are based on the feedback of our valuable members and partners and we hope you like them.

We've removed the "Swipe for help" bar. Our members found it confusing. Now, if you need urgent help tap the red 'Get urgent help' button at the top of the screen. You'll be asked to reconfirm your selection and then will be connected to the support team immediately.
Check on me
You used to choose an amount of time your meeting or appointment would last. Now, you can either choose for us to check on you at a time of day (such as 10.30am) or alternatively choose 'Countdown' (eg 1 hour, 15 minutes). You'll also be able to snooze your 'check-in' from your lock screen. Just hold down the 'check-in' notification to snooze for 10 minutes, tell us you need help or to tell us you're OK.
Track my journey
Do you often travel to the same places? Members told us that they would like to have "favourite locations" just like in other apps. As a result, we've added a "Favourite menu" at the bottom of the 'Track my journey' screen where you can add your work, home or school location.
Never miss a thing when it comes to your safety and wellbeing. You can now access "Notifications" from the menu panel. Select the menu icon in the top left of the home screen to access notifications that are relevant to you. We'll also be sharing helpful resources concerning your mental health, physical health and wellbeing.
